Tracey is a professional children's writer with a B.A. in English and Theatre Arts from Goldsmith University. She has a great love of literature and a warm, enthusiastic approach. She writes for radio and television and regularly visits schools to give creative writing workshops and encourage interest in reading and writing. She is comfortable working with children of all ages and has initiated many creative projects in primary schools, sometimes involving monsters and beanstalks. Her work with older children includes tutoring English (Literature and Language) at GCSE and A level. She encourages students to think about the intentions of the writer and to be writers themselves, having fun and experimenting along the way.
