I'm a recent English Literature graduate (University of Oxford, 2.i) and am also working as a freelance mezzo-soprano. Originally from Somerset, I'm now based in London and when not at the opera, also love going to the theatre and exploring undiscovered bits of the city!
Previous Teaching Experience:
I gained an 120-hour TESOL certificate through running a summer school in rural China in the summer of 2013. I was responsible for delivering highly specialised curricula to large incoming school groups, often at just a few hours' notice, as well as delivering daily teaching to both large and small class sizes. Aside from this I also delivered extensive one-on-one tutoring to language students experiencing a higher level of difficulty. In 2010 I worked as a peripatetic music teacher and primary school assistant in Freetown, Sierra Leone.
