My specialist subject is Classics. I have taught at college and university level, as well as privately, for more than four years. What makes me a good tutor is my experience of a very wide range of students in a wide range of contexts. Whether its advising students for school essay competitions, working around sporting or other commitments, or simply helping students get the best possible marks in their exams - I am flexible and will adapt my approach to best suit the needs of the individual student.

Hobbies and Interests
I run my own business (www.massolit.co.uk), which provides video lectures in a range of subjects in the arts and humanities. As part of this, I have a fantastic time shooting and editing videos, as well as designing and building my own website. Im fascinated by technology - especially the field of machine learning.
I love sport, though my playing ability leaves a lot to be desired. I have played cricket at Lords (though only in the nets), and captained my college football team to a respectable mid-table finish. I occasionally play Sunday League football at Hackney Marshes, though I am really more comfortable watching it. Football, cricket, and rugby are my favourites - though I also like tennis, golf, and American Football.
Finally, I love the arts, theatre, museums and exhibitions. I am a long-standing member of the British Museum, and have been to every major exhibition for the past two years. I try to go to the theatre at least once a month, and my proudest theatrical moment is acting for HRH the Queen during her visit to my Oxford college in 2009.
